Join our highly regarded Employment, Pensions and Immigration practice, advising leading UK and international employers. We are looking for an experienced employment lawyer to support a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious work.

You will advise on the full range of employment law issues, including disciplinary matters, grievances, and discrimination claims, and play a key role in defending high-profile Employment Tribunal claims. Your work will also include change and restructuring projects, client communication, and contributing to business development through articles, training, and networking.

Based in Birmingham, you will join a collaborative team of Partners, Associates, Solicitors, and Paralegals, with opportunities to grow in a practice that is highly ranked in the legal directories.

Advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Defending Employment Tribunal claims, including working with leading counsel
Supporting restructuring and change projects
Managing your own caseload with supervision
Contributing to business development initiatives

You will have previous experience and a genuine interest in employment law, with the following:

1-3+ years PQE
Experience advising on employment law matters
Experience handling Employment Tribunal claims
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
