Solicitor - Employment - Birmingham

An established employment team in Birmingham is seeking a solicitor with contentious and non-contentious employment experience to join a ranked practice. You will support a mixed caseload including disciplinary, grievance, discrimination and tribunal work, and assist on change and restructuring projects.

The role involves managing your own matters with appropriate supervision, drafting client advice and legal updates, and contributing to business development and training activities. The post is offered on a hybrid working basis.

• 1-3 years PQE in employment law
• Experience advising on employment matters, including handling Employment Tribunal claims
• Strong teamwork, communication and client-facing skills
• Good attention to detail, time-management and ability to prioritise
• Flexible approach and willingness to contribute to business development
