Solicitor — Medical Negligence

Experienced clinical negligence team seeks a Solicitor to join a national practice with regional offices across the UK. The role offers the chance to manage a personal caseload and assist on high-value, complex claimant matters.

Work will include litigated files across a broad range of clinical areas (obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, oncology, psychiatric and more). The team emphasises compassionate client care, technical excellence and collaboration with colleagues across the business.

• 3-5 years' PQE in clinical/medical negligence (claimant-side).
• Proven experience managing your own caseload, including litigated matters.
• Experience assisting on high-value, complex clinical negligence claims.
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to give clear, compassionate legal advice.
