As a Solicitor, you will handle a full spectrum of property disputes, including:

Injunctive relief and protection of land and operational sites from trespass and protest activity
Claims arising from development projects, including damages for breach of agreement for lease
Overage disputes, professional negligence claims, and possession/receivership actions for lenders

Qualified solicitor with experience in real estate litigation or commercial litigation
