Nationwide law firm seeks a Staff Attorney to support complex litigation teams with a focus on eDiscovery in mass torts, product liability and other multi-party matters. The role centers on managing eDiscovery workflows, conducting document review and privilege analysis, and producing targeted work products to support motion practice, depositions and trial preparation.

This is a full-time position with flexible work arrangements (in-office, hybrid, or fully remote based on candidate preference). The attorney will be an employee for the duration of the assignment and will participate in the employer's benefits program.

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and admission in good standing with a state bar
Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience with a focus on eDiscovery, litigation support, or complex litigation
Experience with leading eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, Disco, or similar)
Experience performing responsiveness/privilege review, producing ESI, and assisting with discovery responses and privilege logs
Familiarity with TAR/analytics and data visualization preferred
Strong project management, communication, organization, and attention to detail; ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced matters
