Seeking a mid-level associate (4–5 PQE) to join a growing Asset‑Based Finance and Securitization practice across multiple offices. The role will sit on an integrated capital solutions team advising on a range of asset classes and structuring complex asset‑backed financings and securitizations.

You'll work on transactions for private credit investors, originators and issuers, collaborating with fund finance, special situations and private equity specialists to address structuring, regulatory, tax and governance considerations.

This is an in‑person role; successful candidates will be self‑starting, take increasing responsibility on deals, and contribute to practice growth.

4–5 years post‑qualification experience in structured finance, securitization or asset‑based financings.
Substantive exposure to ABS, CLOs, warehouse financings, rated facilities or related products preferred.
Proven deal team experience, including document drafting and transaction management.
Bar admission in the jurisdiction where candidate will practice and ability to work on‑site.
