Structured Finance Associate — CLO

Top-tier U.S. structured finance group is seeking an associate with experience on CLO transactions to join a national team that advises arrangers, managers, investors and issuers. The role focuses on structuring, documentation, execution and regulatory aspects of CLOs, with particular exposure to middle‑market and broadly syndicated leveraged loans.

The team handles complex, market‑leading transactions and works collaboratively across offices. The firm offers formal training, mentoring and development opportunities within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

• 2–8 years of experience in structured finance, with significant exposure to CLOs and/or middle‑market leveraged loans
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills; ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines
• Proven client service orientation, highly motivated and a collaborative team player
• Admission to the bar of a U.S. state and ability to satisfy jurisdictional requirements
