Top-tier US law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its New York structured finance team. The role focuses on transactional work in structured finance, securitizations and lending across a range of asset types.

Successful candidates will work on deal execution and documentation, collaborating with other finance lawyers and supporting both borrower- and investor-side matters. The team handles complex, market-facing transactions and offers substantial exposure to structured-product work.

3–6 years' post-qualification experience in structured finance, securitization, lending or closely related transactional finance work
Strong deal experience from a law firm environment
Familiarity with a variety of asset types and financing structures preferred
