Structured Finance Associate

Our client, a leading global law firm, seeks a midlevel to senior associate (4–8 years) to join its structured finance and securitization practice within the Finance & Banking group.

• Handle asset-backed securities transactions, warehouse financings, and related structured finance matters.
• Work with banks, funds, and other financial institutions on cross-border deals.
• Gain exposure to off-balance sheet structuring, intercreditor arrangements, and trade credit insurance.

The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and sophisticated transactional experience at a major law firm. The team is collaborative and open to placement in multiple U.S. offices.

• 4–8 years of structured finance/securitization experience.
• Solid experience with asset-backed securities and warehouse financing.
• Strong law school academic credentials.
• Relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience.
