A leading law firm seeks a mid-level to senior associate to join its structured finance securitization practice. The role supports a collaborative, transaction-driven team handling asset-backed securities offerings and related structured finance work, including warehouse financings.

The successful candidate will bring solid experience across ABS and other structured finance transactions, coupled with sophisticated law-firm training and a strong academic record. The position favors lawyers ready to take on substantive responsibility in complex, high-volume financings.

The role is based in New York, though the team is open to candidates in certain other U.S. offices given its highly collaborative, cross-office structure.

4 to 8 years of relevant experience in structured finance and securitization
Solid experience with asset-backed securities transactions
Experience with warehouse financing and other structured finance transactions
Strong law school academic credentials
Sophisticated law-firm and transaction experience
