Growing US structured finance team seeks a mid‑to‑senior associate to support securitizations and other asset‑backed and structured financings. Work includes asset‑backed securities, warehouse financing and related transaction work across trade, receivables and inventory finance.

Teams work with banks, funds and other financial institutions on lender‑side financings, cross‑border trade A/R structures, off‑balance‑sheet solutions and related intercreditor and insurance arrangements. Candidates may be considered for multiple U.S. offices; U.S. admission and practice from the U.S. are required.

Typically 4–8 years’ structured finance/securitization experience (team preference for 5+ years on some roles)
Experience with asset‑backed securities, warehouse financings and/or lender‑side trade receivables/supply‑chain financings
Strong transactional record — include a deal sheet with your application
US bar admission and ability to practice in the United States
Strong academic credentials and prior law firm transaction experience
