Student Trainee – Private Equity, Corporate Transactions & Advisory (Amsterdam)

Join a leading international law firm as a Student Trainee within the Private Equity, Corporate Transactions & Advisory practice in Amsterdam. You will work on high-profile, cross-border transactions and support the team across the full deal lifecycle—from acquisition and structuring to financing, restructuring, and exit. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, internationally-oriented environment while developing your legal expertise.

During this two-month traineeship, you will be fully integrated into the practice, contributing to real client matters. You will receive close guidance from a dedicated mentor and buddy, participate in internal training sessions, and attend team meetings and social events to get a complete picture of the firm’s culture and work.

We are looking for ambitious, proactive students in the final phase of their Dutch law degree (bachelor or master) who are eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, international setting. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
