A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Tax Associate to join its highly regarded UK Tax practice in London. The team advises on a broad range of the most complex and high-profile tax mandates, spanning advisory and contentious matters, and is consistently recognized at the top tier by the major tax directories.

The London tax team provides specialist advice across all areas of corporate tax, supporting the firm's corporate clients while maintaining a strong stand-alone tax practice. You will work on challenging, engaging matters across the breadth of the team's practice, with opportunities to make your mark and progress your career.

Work spans corporate and private capital transactions, finance and restructuring, real estate tax, and tax disputes. Due to the firm's large international network and the multi-jurisdictional nature of many clients, much of the work has a cross-border element, giving associates the chance to collaborate with lawyers in other jurisdictions and gain familiarity with international tax aspects. Client and international secondments are also available.

Admitted as a solicitor or barrister in England and Wales
Excellent technical and commercial abilities
