Tax Associate — Tax (Dallas)

Growing tax practice seeking associates (class years 2019–2025) to join the Dallas tax team. The group works on complex transactional tax matters across M&A, capital markets, energy, funds and real estate.

Ideal candidates will have class-year-appropriate technical tax knowledge and hands-on transactional tax experience. The team values strong oral communication, writing, analytical skills, top academic credentials, and a willingness to work directly with clients and present at conferences.

• Law school class years 2019–2025
• Relevant transactional tax experience (examples: strategic/private equity M&A, capital markets including spin‑offs and IPOs, energy taxation, fund formation, or real estate/REIT matters)
• Strong legal research, writing and oral communication skills
• Top academic credentials and ability to think creatively about novel tax issues
• Enthusiasm for client interaction and public speaking at conferences
