The role covers tax structuring and transactional (M&A) advice, reorganisations and restructurings, international tax issues, opinions and litigation support, including tax audits. You will work on high‑profile national and cross‑border mandates with opportunities for secondments within the firm’s international network.

Qualified Rechtsanwalt (m/w/d) with at least fully satisfactory state examination results
