Tax Counsel – M&A and Real Estate – Rome

An established professional services firm is seeking an experienced Tax Counsel to join its Rome office, focusing on tax matters in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate sectors.

The role involves providing national and international tax advice across both ordinary and extraordinary consultancy, along with compliance and corporate consulting work and tax litigation support.

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative and diverse environment that promotes equal opportunity and inclusion.

• 8–10 years of professional experience gained in established firms
• Degree in economics or equivalent, preferably with a specialisation in private practice
• Excellent command of English
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
