Tax Associate — M&A and Real Estate — Rome

A leading tax and legal consultancy in Italy is seeking a Tax Associate for its Rome office. The role offers a particular focus on tax matters involving mergers & acquisitions and real estate, working at both the national and international level.

The position covers a broad range of tax work, including ordinary and extraordinary consultancy, compliance activities, corporate tax advisory, and tax litigation.

• Five to seven years' professional experience gained at established firms
• A degree in economics, preferably with a specialisation relevant to private practice
• Excellent command of English
