Senior tax partner role in a well-established international law firm s Albany office. The position focuses on delivering sophisticated tax advice to corporate and private clients across a range of transactions and planning matters.

The team handles federal and state tax issues, tax-efficient structuring and related counseling work. The office offers collaboration with cross-border and domestic practice groups and access to broad resources within a global platform.

• Established partner-level tax practice with substantial experience advising corporate and private clients.
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax law and transactional tax planning.
• Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; excellent communication and client-management skills.
