Partner opportunity for an experienced tax lawyer to join a well-established national practice in the Bridgehampton / Long Island area. The role focuses on delivering sophisticated tax advice to high-net-worth individuals and businesses across federal, state, and local tax matters.

Seeking a commercially-minded partner to lead and grow a portable tax practice, mentor junior lawyers, and work with cross-practice teams on complex transactions and planning. The position offers significant client-facing work and opportunities to develop new business in the region.

Established partner-level tax experience (significant track record advising on complex federal/state tax matters)
Strong client-development skills and proven ability to generate or grow a tax book of business; portable practice welcome
Experience supervising and mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating across practice groups
Active bar admission in New York (or ability to become admitted)
