Lateral Partner — Tax & Litigation, Long Island

Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Long Island office to lead and grow a tax-focused litigation practice. The role combines courtroom/deposition work with strategic tax counseling and dispute resolution across federal and state matters.

The successful candidate will manage a team of litigators and tax professionals, own client relationships, and play a visible role in business development and cross-office collaboration. A portable practice and existing client relationships are welcome.

• Experienced partner-level litigator with substantial tax controversy experience (state and/or federal).
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and a strong litigation track record.
• Demonstrated experience managing matters and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Proven ability to develop business and maintain client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
