Leading international law firm seeks a Tax Partner for its Chicago office to strengthen and expand a sophisticated tax practice. The role will involve advising corporate and private clients on federal, state and transactional tax matters, and working with cross‑practice teams.

The firm is looking for an experienced, business‑oriented partner who can develop client relationships, lead engagements, and contribute to growth initiatives. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate new business is welcome.

Significant partner‑level tax experience advising on corporate and transactional tax matters
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction (or able to obtain admission)
Proven client development and relationship management skills; portable book of business preferred
Strong communicator with ability to work collaboratively across practices
