Leading national firm seeks an experienced Tax partner to join its Denver office and help grow a full-service tax practice. The role combines client advisory work, transactional tax planning, and guidance on federal and state tax issues for corporate and private clients.

The ideal candidate will lead client engagements, develop business, and mentor junior tax attorneys. A portable client base is welcome; the role offers a platform to expand an existing practice in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Established tax practice with substantial experience in federal and state tax matters
Bar admission and JD; CPA or LL.M. in Tax is a plus
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; demonstrated ability to mentor and lead teams
Comfortable working across transactional and advisory matters in a collaborative firm setting
