Partner, Tax & Litigation — Denver

Seeking a partner to join a sizable national litigation practice in Denver with responsibility for tax-related disputes and controversy work. The role is client-facing and combines courtroom, regulatory and advisory work across federal and state tax matters.

The successful candidate will be expected to originate and deepen client relationships, manage a team of litigators and collaborate with complementary practice groups on complex tax-contested matters.

• Proven tax litigation experience at partner level, handling federal and state tax disputes
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and supervising litigation teams
• Bar admission in the relevant state (or ability to obtain) and strong courtroom / appellate experience
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
