Seeking a partner to join a sizable national litigation practice in Denver with responsibility for tax-related disputes and controversy work. The role is client-facing and combines courtroom, regulatory and advisory work across federal and state tax matters.

The successful candidate will be expected to originate and deepen client relationships, manage a team of litigators and collaborate with complementary practice groups on complex tax-contested matters.

Proven tax litigation experience at partner level, handling federal and state tax disputes
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and supervising litigation teams
Bar admission in the relevant state (or ability to obtain) and strong courtroom / appellate experience
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
