Established national law firm is seeking a senior Tax partner to join its White Plains office to strengthen and lead tax practice work across the region. The role will be client-facing, focused on delivering sophisticated tax advice and coordinating cross‑practice solutions for high‑value matters.

The partner will play a leadership role in growing the local tax practice, mentoring associates, and working with nationwide teams. Strong business development skills and the ability to manage complex engagements from strategy through execution are essential.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level tax practice with significant client portfolio and referral network
Deep technical knowledge in corporate and transactional tax matters; experience counseling corporates and high‑net‑worth clients
Track record of business development and practice leadership; ability to mentor and build teams
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify promptly
