An established law firm is seeking a highly qualified midlevel associate to join its corporate technology, outsourcing and commercial transactions practice. This is a multi-office opportunity, with the successful candidate able to be resident in any of several major US markets.

The role focuses on complex technology and commercial transactions, with a strong emphasis on drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements. Experience in outsourcing transactions is viewed favorably.

The position offers exposure to sophisticated, high-value work within a collaborative national practice group, and candidates must be active members of the bar in the jurisdiction of the office for which they apply.

3–5 years of law firm experience in technology and/or other complex commercial transactions
Strong background in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Experience in outsourcing transactions is a plus
Excellent academic credentials
Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of the office for which you are applying
