Telecommunications & FCC Partner – National (US)

We are conducting a partner-level search for a telecommunications lawyer with deep FCC regulatory expertise. The role is national in scope and is not tied to a single office; candidates based anywhere in the United States will be considered.

The firm’s telecommunications practice is well established, and this hire is being made with an eye toward leadership continuity and succession planning. The ideal candidate will bring a thriving practice and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the potential to step into a leadership role over time.

• Advise clients on a broad range of telecommunications regulatory matters, including FCC compliance, licensing, and policy issues.
• Develop and expand the practice’s client base and regulatory capabilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s national platform to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to practice leadership and strategic direction as the practice evolves.

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to at least one US state bar (or eligibility for admission).
• Substantial experience in telecommunications law, with a strong focus on FCC regulatory matters.
• A portable book of business and a track record of client development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated success in building or growing a practice.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across offices and practice groups.
• The firm places a premium on cultural fit and entrepreneurial drive; candidates will be evaluated against these criteria in addition to practice expertise.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
