Be part of a busy Hong Kong trade mark team handling the full range of trade mark matters for local and international clients. The role offers exposure to clearance, prosecution, oppositions and portfolio management across varied industries.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers in the IP & trade mark practice, advising on protection and enforcement strategies and helping stakeholders manage and grow their trade mark portfolios. There are clear development opportunities for a motivated candidate.

Hong Kong-qualified solicitor with 4–6 years' post-qualification experience in IP / trade mark law
Proven experience in clearance searches, prosecution and oppositions and in managing trade mark portfolios
Strong legal research and drafting skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters under pressure
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency an advantage
Commercial awareness, client-service focus and ability to work independently and as part of a team
