Trademark & Copyright Associate — Intellectual Property

Growing IP team seeks an associate to support trademark prosecution, portfolio management and brand-protection programs across multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on high-volume, multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance and global filing/enforcement strategy for well-known consumer and corporate brands.

Multiple U.S. office base options are available. The team offers exposure to complex brand-management work and cross-border coordination; TTAB/administrative proceeding experience is a plus but not required.

• J.D. and admitted (or able to admit) in relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• 2+ years of experience in trademark prosecution and brand-management work
• Proven experience with high-volume, multi-jurisdictional trademark clearance and global filing/enforcement programs
• Experience managing large trademark portfolios; TTAB or trademark litigation exposure a plus
• Excellent legal writing, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines across jurisdictions
