It is not. The unpublished fleet package is the briefing constraint. Air Arabia's FY 2025 results presentation allocates 12 A320-family aircraft to Abu Dhabi and still prints no legal-role pay. Abu Dhabi Aviation's FY 2025 earnings presentation records 67 aircraft platforms, Hangar 7 live in October 2025, and MRO at 85.8 percent of Group revenue (AED 6,709.1 million) — and still prints no in-house counsel band. Khaleej Times reported in 2026 Etihad's Dh80 billion ten-year aircraft plan and 127-aircraft 2025 fleet without a published Legal Counsel — Fleet & Finance range. Employers here do not publish bands for this fleet seat.
The package shape we brief is grade (Legal Counsel, Senior Legal Counsel, Head of Legal, or General Counsel — Fleet & Finance), bonus eligibility, LTIP or deferred equity where the operator or lessor uses one, housing and transport allowances, education and annual-leave travel benefits, and notice aligned to UAE in-house contracts.
