The expired Senior Counsel seat added EPC, O&M, and turbine and module supply. Chandler OEM seats on this line run MSAs, volume commitments, and IRA fluency through an Associate General Counsel. Arevon's closed Counsel seat sat on EPC and capital-equipment supply, reporting to a Deputy General Counsel, while Scottsdale still lists Analyst, Procurement Contracts and Senior Manager, Contracts Management as non-attorney roles.
A chief legal officer at a listed solar-equipment manufacturer said the Chandler seat needed someone who had already run MSAs and a three-person contracting team. Clearway Energy Group lists a Scottsdale office, 14 GW of gross operating capacity, 1,000+ employees, and 450+ operating projects as of 2026. Arevon, headquartered in Scottsdale, reported more than 6.3 GW owned and operated, 27 percent capacity growth in 2025, more than 300 employees, and USD 2.3 billion of 2025 project financings. First Solar's Form 10-K for the year ended 31 December 2025 names Phoenix principal offices, 17.5 GW of modules sold, and a 50.1 GW backlog. Array Technologies closed Affordable Wire Management for USD 165 million cash on 31 August 2026; OMCO Solar remains headquartered in Phoenix after the 25 February 2026 MacLean-Fogg acquisition.
