The General Counsel Appointments Tracker records announced appointments of a General Counsel or Chief Legal Officer at US-listed companies, one row per appointment, from SEC 8-K filings and press releases. It is updated monthly and published under CC BY 4.0.
General Counsel Pay at the Largest US-Listed Companies reads the Summary Compensation Table of each proxy statement for the General Counsel or Chief Legal Officer who is a named executive officer, one row per company, with medians by size, sector and title and the ratio to the CEO. It is updated once a year, after proxy season, and published under CC BY 4.0.
