Our Intellectual Property Litigation practice group is recruiting 3L law students graduating in 2027 to join our entry-level associate class across multiple US offices, including locations in California and Washington, DC.

The IP litigation team is trial-ready and handles patent infringement, trademark disputes, copyright law, and trade secret litigation. Our lawyers appear before key forums, including US federal district and appellate courts, the PTAB, the TTAB, and Section 337 investigations at the International Trade Commission.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have a strong understanding of and keen interest in patent law, and who are eager to build a litigation career within a collaborative, entrepreneurial team.
