Join a globally recognised antitrust and competition practice at the centre of complex, cross-border work. The team advises major clients across every key sector on merger control, foreign investment screening, cartel and dominance investigations, market studies, antitrust litigation, and state aid and subsidy control.

Working across sectors including technology, consumer goods and retail, financial services, energy and infrastructure, transport, telecommunications and media, you will take on responsibility for multi-jurisdictional merger filings, FDI analyses and filings, market investigations, and competition authority enforcement matters. The practice also handles cooperation, distribution and licensing arrangements, state aid and foreign subsidy regulation, and public procurement.

The group brings genuine enforcer-side insight from senior regulatory bodies, works closely with trade, sanctions and disputes colleagues, and supports clients on cross-border investment issues and compliance programmes. You will be expected to build client relationships and contribute to business development and thought leadership.

Proven working knowledge across all areas of competition law, sector-specific regulation and public policy, likely gained as a mid-level lawyer at a leading firm or overseas common-law practice.
Outstanding academic record and first-rate legal skills.
Strong document drafting, communication and analytical skills with high commercial awareness.
Experience of collaborating with multi-jurisdictional, multi-disciplinary teams.
Appetite for business development, client relationship management and thought leadership.
