Antitrust Litigation Associate

Role overview: Our leading antitrust litigation team in London is seeking a talented litigator with 2–4 PQE to join one of the largest dedicated competition litigation practices in the market. The team handles the highest-profile UK and international matters, including cartel damages, abuse of dominance, and collective proceedings before the UK courts and the Competition Appeal Tribunal, often coordinating multijurisdictional litigation.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft complex witness statements, expert reports, and pleadings.
• Run significant case processes and work towards leading matters as a principal associate.
• Collaborate with leading barristers, economists, and expert witnesses.
• Manage document reviews, disclosure projects, and settlement discussions.
• Support business development and mentor junior lawyers and trainees.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer in England & Wales or a common law jurisdiction, ideally 2–4 PQE.
• Strong technical, commercial, and intellectual ability.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative ethos.
• Proven ability to supervise junior team members and manage a demanding workload.
• Innovation-centric approach, including confidence using approved AI tools.
