A leading US law firm is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its Antitrust and Competition practice in Palo Alto. The team represents clients in high-stakes antitrust matters across litigation and government enforcement.

The role involves defending and advising clients in civil litigation, civil conduct investigations before the DOJ and FTC, and criminal enforcement matters. The work offers significant responsibility and direct exposure to complex antitrust issues.

Candidates should have 2 to 6 years of experience (law school class years 2019 to 2023) and substantive knowledge of antitrust law. Experience working with enforcement agencies or prior government service in the antitrust area is highly valued.

2 to 6 years of relevant antitrust experience (law school class years 2019–2023)
Substantive knowledge of antitrust and competition law
Experience in civil litigation, DOJ/FTC investigations, and/or criminal enforcement matters
Strong writing and analytical skills; top academic credentials
