An established funds team in London is hiring junior to mid-level Associates with fund formation and asset management experience. The role sits within a market-leading practice advising institutional investors across private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure, secondaries and related strategies.

You will support structuring, documenting and implementing fund products across jurisdictions, working on fund formation, governance and investor-facing documentation. The team seeks candidates used to high-quality drafting, cross-border coordination and collaborating with colleagues across practices.

Junior to mid-level Associate with 1–5 years' post-qualification or relevant transactional experience (exact PQE flexible)
Experience in fund formation and investment/asset management documentation (private funds, secondaries, credit, real assets desirable)
Strong drafting and commercial judgment; able to manage cross‑jurisdictional matters
Eligible to work in the UK and preferably qualified in England & Wales or on a comparable path
