Leading global law firm seeks a mid-level antitrust associate to join its Silicon Valley litigation team. The role focuses on antitrust and competition matters, including litigation and dispute resolution work supporting senior lawyers on hearings, depositions and trial preparation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include legal research and drafting pleadings, motions and briefs; coordinating discovery and document review; managing case files and deadlines; and contributing to strategy discussions with senior colleagues. The position offers exposure to complex antitrust litigation and opportunities to develop courtroom and client-management skills.

3–5 years post-qualification experience in antitrust/competition litigation
Strong litigation experience — legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and managing discovery
Experience supporting depositions, preliminary hearings and trial preparation
Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills; proven ability to work in a team
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
