Join a top-tier global banking and private credit team in San Diego handling a full range of lender- and borrower-side financings. The group advises banks, private credit funds, direct lenders and corporate borrowers on syndicated loans, unitranche and mezzanine financing, asset-based lending and complex multi-tiered capital structures.

This is a hands-on transactional role on a growing, collaborative team. You will work across private credit, acquisition finance and leveraged finance matters, with exposure to sponsor-backed and corporate financings (including gaming and hospitality financings among other sectors).

Minimum of 2 years' experience in private credit, acquisition finance or leveraged finance
Experience on lender and/or borrower-side financings (syndicated loans, unitranche, mezzanine, ABL preferred)
Strong drafting and deal-execution skills; comfort with complex credit documentation and intercreditor structures
Ability to manage multiple transactions, work collaboratively on a team, and communicate clearly with clients
