Join a national insurance defence team handling serious and catastrophic injury matters. This is a UK-based, hybrid role open across multiple regional offices; you will support and manage high-value personal injury files from pre‑litigation through trial where required.

The team acts for major insurers and corporates on complex EL/PL, motor and sport-related concussion claims, including multi-track and high-profile matters. You will work alongside experienced senior lawyers, contributing to case strategy, quantum investigations and client-facing work.

2+ years' UK-qualified solicitor or CILEX equivalent with relevant catastrophic injury defence experience
Practical litigation experience in EL/PL, motor or serious injury claims
Previous client contact and comfort attending business development events
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex files
