A highly regarded construction team is seeking an Associate to support and grow its practice, with a primary focus on non-contentious construction work. This is an opportunity to take on excellent responsibility and exposure to complex, high-quality construction and engineering matters within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The role involves advising a diverse client base across building, construction and engineering projects, delivering clear, practical and commercially focused guidance. You will help clients navigate complex construction law issues, interpret detailed regulations and contractual provisions, and explain legal concepts confidently.

You will also support other practice areas where appropriate, including providing technical construction expertise to a professional indemnity team, and contribute to business development through seminars, workshops, articles and client updates.

Experience working on non-contentious construction matters
Strong commercial awareness and a practical, common-sense approach to problem solving
Ability to provide clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice
Excellent communication skills and confidence in building trusted client relationships
