Leading national capital markets team is seeking a transactional associate to join its corporate/capital markets group in Texas. The role is open to candidates for the Houston or Austin offices.

The team advises on a full range of securities matters, including public offerings, equity and debt financings, and ongoing public-company reporting and compliance. You will work on cross-border and domestic transactions alongside senior deal teams and a centralized securities resources group.

This is a hands-on transactional role for a candidate who wants regular deal exposure, structured mentorship, and the opportunity to work on complex capital markets matters across industries.

Minimum ~3 years of PQE in capital markets and/or public company representation.
Experience with public offerings and other securities transactions (IPOs, follow‑ons, high‑yield, or similar).
Strong drafting and transactional skills; comfort with SEC/filings and public‑company disclosure.
Excellent academics, active bar admission or ability to qualify, and demonstrable teamwork and client communication skills.
