Associate - Securities & M&A Litigation

We are seeking a litigation associate with a minimum of two years of securities litigation experience to join our Securities and M&A Litigation team. This role is open across multiple U.S. offices.

The practice handles high-stakes securities class actions, derivative suits, M&A litigation, SEC and regulatory enforcement, and professional liability matters. You will work on complex disputes for Fortune 500 companies, boards, and financial institutions, with opportunities to take matters to trial.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, a self-starter, and eager to grow into an exceptional lawyer while contributing to a collaborative and business-minded team.

• Minimum of 2 years of securities litigation experience
• Associate class year 3rd to 5th
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, client-focused environment
