Top-tier international corporate team is expanding in Jakarta and seeks a junior corporate associate to support cross-border M&A, private equity, takeovers, joint ventures and general corporate work across Southeast Asia. The role will involve advising corporates and financial institutions on both public and private transactions and supporting regional deal activity.

The successful candidate will work on transaction documentation, market-standard precedents and client-facing advice, and will be expected to contribute to know‑how and business development initiatives within the team. This is a hands-on role reporting into senior lawyers within the regional corporate group.

1–3 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
Qualified and admitted in Indonesia (PERADI)
Excellent academic record
Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
Exposure to Indonesian transactional work, ideally gained at a leading or top‑tier firm
Strong drafting skills, commercial judgment, and ability to work under pressure
