An international law firm with strong Japanese and multinational client relationships is seeking lawyers to join its Jakarta-based associated practice. The team advises on corporate matters, including cross-border transactions, for a mix of domestic and international clients.

The practice sits within a broader international network spanning Asia and other major financial centres, offering exposure to cross-border corporate work.

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a reputable university
Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Outstanding interpersonal skills, a diligent work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team
Trainee Associate: fresh graduate or 1–2 years of law firm experience, with an interest in corporate law
Associate: more than 3 years of law firm experience, including work for domestic and international clients in corporate law; sworn advocate with an active PERADI licence
