Top-tier national law firm is seeking associates to join its Corporate M&A and Private Equity team in Salt Lake City. The role focuses on transactional work, including buyouts, mergers, and related private equity matters across a range of industries.

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
Transactional experience in M&A and/or private equity (deal experience on buyouts, mergers, asset or stock purchases preferred)
Strong academic record, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively on fast-paced matters and to manage client-facing responsibilities
