Debt Finance Associate — Finance & Banking

Join a market-leading Debt Finance practice with openings across multiple U.S. offices. The team advises on a broad range of borrower- and lender-side financings and handles high-volume, complex transactions.

Work will focus on structuring, drafting and negotiating secured and unsecured financings — including senior secured, mezzanine and subordinated debt — as well as acquisition financings and loan workouts. Candidates with leveraged finance experience, particularly in M&A contexts, are preferred.

• 2–6 years' experience in debt finance, leveraged finance, or related lending work
• Experience structuring, documenting and negotiating secured and unsecured financing transactions
• Familiarity with acquisition financing and loan workout processes; mezzanine/subordinated debt experience a plus
• Strong drafting, transaction management and teamwork skills
