We are seeking associates with 2–6 years of experience to join a market-leading Debt Finance Practice Group across multiple offices. The practice focuses primarily on representing private equity funds and other corporate borrowers in complex financing transactions.

The role involves structuring, documenting, and negotiating secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders, including senior secured, mezzanine, and subordinated debt; acquisition financings; and loan workouts. Experience in leveraged finance, particularly in M&A contexts, is preferred.

The group is consistently recognized for handling more borrower-side transactions than any other firm globally and has led the U.S. borrower market for the past five years. Associates work on high-profile, complex debt capital markets transactions and benefit from a collaborative, market-leading platform.

2–6 years of experience in debt finance or a related area
Experience structuring, documenting, and negotiating secured and unsecured financing transactions (senior secured, mezzanine, subordinated debt)
Experience with acquisition financings and loan workouts is advantageous
Leveraged finance experience, especially in M&A contexts, is preferred
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Admission to the relevant state bar
