Associate — Corporate M&A

Leading international corporate practice is hiring a Junior Associate (1–2 PQE) to join its Corporate & M&A team in Italy. The role will be based across the firm's Bologna and Rimini offices and focuses on transactional corporate work for domestic, European and cross-border clients.

The successful hire will handle mid-market M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance matters and commercial contract work, working closely with colleagues across practice groups. The team offers internationally oriented work and clear progression within a collaborative environment.

• 1–2 years PQE in corporate/M&A at a structured law firm
• Experience advising on M&A, joint ventures, corporate governance and commercial contracts; ability to manage mid-market transactions independently
• Law degree with excellent academic record
• Strong drafting, negotiation and interpersonal skills; proactive and able to work collaboratively with business and legal stakeholders
• Fluent written and spoken English; proficient with MS Office
