Join the emerging companies and growth practice of a leading international law firm in Boston. The team advises startups, venture investors and growth-stage companies across formation, equity and growth financings, strategic financings, and trajectories toward liquidity events.

The role is for a mid-level associate (3–6 years' experience) who will work on venture and growth financings, corporate governance, commercial arrangements and related corporate matters. You will collaborate with deal teams across practice groups and geographies to provide practical, business-focused advice to entrepreneurial clients and investors.

3–6 years' US law firm experience in emerging companies/venture or growth-stage corporate work
Experience with venture financings, equity financings, or growth-stage corporate transactions
Strong drafting and transactional skills; commercial judgment and client-facing ability
J.D. and admission to relevant state bar (or eligible and committed to admission)
