A leading global law firm seeks an associate to join its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice in its Chicago office. The role focuses on complex executive compensation and employee benefits matters arising in sophisticated corporate transactions.

The work centers on M&A deals, particularly in the private equity context, alongside public-company executive compensation and broader executive compensation counseling. The associate will work closely with deal teams and clients on the benefits and compensation aspects of high-stakes transactions.

3+ years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits matters
Experience with M&A transactions, particularly private equity deals
Public-company executive compensation experience
