Associate, Employment & Labor — Chicago

Growth-stage opening for an associate to join a busy employment and labor practice in the Chicago office of a well-regarded regional firm. The role focuses on management-side employment counseling and defense litigation across a variety of workplace matters.

Ideal candidates will handle individual and collective wage-and-hour matters and class actions, and work closely with senior lawyers on counseling, investigations, and litigation. The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Minimum 2 years of employment and labor experience (PQE 2+).
• Experience or interest in management-side employment counseling and employment litigation.
• Experience with wage-and-hour collective and class action defense is a plus.
• Strong academic record and excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills.
