Employment & Labor Associate

Growing US law firm seeks an associate (2-5 years' experience) for its Employment & Labor practice. The role combines day‑to‑day counseling on employment matters with litigation support and employment-related work on corporate transactions.

Successful candidates will join a team advising a range of employer clients across the United States. The position emphasizes client counseling, drafting and negotiating employment provisions in deals, and handling employment litigation and investigations as needed.

• 2-5 years of employment & labor experience post-qualification
• Experience in both employment counseling and employment litigation
• Exposure to employment issues on M&A or other corporate transactions
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills; strong initiative and client service orientation
• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or ability to qualify) to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
