Leading US law firm is recruiting mid-level associates for its Energy practice. The role focuses on transactional work in acquisitions and divestitures within the oil & gas sector and is open to candidates for the Houston or Dallas offices.

Successful candidates will join a deal-focused team handling upstream and midstream A&D matters, working on cross-functional transactions and advising corporate clients and sponsors. The team offers exposure to complex purchase and sale agreements, due diligence, and transaction execution.

3–6 years' PQE (classes 2020–2023) in transactional energy A&D work
Significant experience on upstream and/or midstream oil & gas acquisitions and divestitures
Strong transaction drafting and due diligence skills
J.D. and bar admission as required; excellent academic and communication abilities
