Top-tier US practice is seeking midlevel finance associates to join a national growth-debt team. The role focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured debt financings, with particular activity in the life sciences and technology sectors.

Work will cover a range of private credit and leveraged-finance products, including unitranche, mezzanine, first- and second-lien facilities, and related intercreditor and security arrangements. The practice handles complex, market-leading transactions across syndicated and private markets.

Minimum of 2 years' relevant debt finance experience (UCC secured transactions, leveraged finance, private capital)
Experience counseling lenders and/or borrowers on secured and unsecured lending
Strong drafting and deal-execution skills on loan agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements
Comfort working on cross-border or multi-party financings and coordinating with broader finance teams
